Festival Review

The Boogie, Blues and Brews Festival was amazing this weekend!  Vendors of all kinds showcased their goods and services & pulled in an awesome crowd!

For the food they of course had the normal Turkey Legs, Funnel Cake, nachos and burgers but they also had an outstanding Chili Cook Off, a Sweet Tea Competition, and some of the best salsa I have ever had!

There was a wide array of homemade jewelry, specialty clothing, hats and purses as well as photographers, authors and artistes of all kinds!

The best part of course was the boogieing!  The line-up was spectacular with many different styles and sounds!  Nick Gaitan & The Umbrella Man kicked everything off with their Swamp Rock, Tex- Mex style and the weekend rocked all the way through to the big finale of the Los Lonely Boys performance that shook the ground with their self-coined Rockpango spirit and sound!

It was definitely a weekend to remember.  We are proud to say we were able to go out and help support our local community organizations and that we had a great time while doing it!  See you next year Boogie, Blues and Brews!
